St Nicholas House is a mixed-use development across 2 no. 18-storey blocks that will deliver 276 new homes including flexible office and retail space in Sutton. The development is one of the first within Cudd Bentley’s portfolio of residential projects to be designed to the updated GLA guidance utilising a full electric solution in air source heat pumps to deliver the heating and hot water to dwellings.
