Belgrave And Grosvenor

Belgrave and Grosvenor is a residential led development across 3 blocks that will deliver 102 new homes. Set among the two existing 11-storey residential blocks, will be the construction of a 17-storey tower which will be called William Stanley House, together with two four storey blocks. The project will also create a flexible community space on the ground floor for use by new and existing residents, and there will be high quality landscaping, as well as new play spaces for children, cycle parking and replacement car parking.
