Cudd Bentley Consulting where appointed by Wasabi Co Ltd. to deliver a developed design to stage 3 for the conversion of the distribution facility to a food production factory. Once the services contractor was appointed,

Cudd Bentley were novated to the contractor to deliver the stage 4/5 services packages. The project consisted of a complex array of food production plant which were required to be served with different services such as steam, electricity, chilled water/glycol, drainage, compressed air and ventilation. Cudd Bentley designed and selected all the primary and secondary Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services for the factory.
