The Dolphin Shopping Centre, Poole

The Dolphin shopping centre in Poole was constructed in 1969 and comprises an indoor shopping mall with circa 80 retail units and conventional high street retail accessed from pedestrian public realm areas.

There are a number of projects presently ongoing which include a complete refurbishment of the shopping mall public areas, a new build multiscreen cinema with 4 no. A3 units below and the redevelopment of the public realm areas. The new cinema proposal includes for a roof top open-air screen.
