Housing Standards

Following the wind-down of the Code for Sustainable Homes, new Housing Standards are being implemented. These Housing Standards impose minimum standards within the following sections of the Building Regulations.

• Document G – Water Efficiency
• Document H – Solid Waste Storage
• Document M – Access to and Use of Buildings
• Document Q – Security

Our sustainability team works with design teams to ensure correct standards are achieved during the developmental design process. Compliance with Building Regulations and local planning requirements is key to the CBC team.
