Preston Barracks

Preston Barracks is a residential-led mixed-use development across 8 blocks that will deliver 369 new homes, including flexible retail space and a new medical centre in Brighton. U+I secured planning consent for the development in 2017 and subsequently, Optivo Housing Association bought the regeneration land in Lewes Road.
