CUDD BENTLEY SUSTAINABILITY
The LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is a top voluntary third-party verification system provided by the U.S. Green Building Council for sustainable structures worldwide.
It defines high-performance green buildings that improve efficiency, protect resources, reduce operational costs, lower carbon emissions, and create healthier places for people.
The LEED certification process is undertaken by our own LEED Accredited Professionals. They work with the design and construction teams of the projects to achieve the best possible rating for a project.
Since LEED’s first launch in 1998, thousands of buildings have been certified under the system. LEED certification is applied for all building types, and we are able to undertake the LEED certification process on the following schemes:
- LEED Building Design and Construction (LEED BD+C): New Construction, Core & Shell, Schools, Retail, Hospitality, Data Centres, Warehouses & Distribution Centres and Healthcare
- LEED Interior Design and Construction (LEED ID+C): Commercial Interiors, Retail and Hospitality
- LEED Building Operations and Maintenance (LEED O+M): Existing Buildings, Schools, Retail, Hospitality, Data Centres, and Warehouses & Distribution Centres
- LEED Neighbourhood Development (LEED ND): New land development projects or redevelopment
- LEED Homes: Single family homes, low-rise multi-family (one to three stories) or mid-rise multi-family (four or more stories)
- LEED Cities and Communities: Entire cities and sub-sections of a city
