Airport Gate – Heathrow

The development comprises stripping back an existing building to its structural steel frame, and original floor slab in order to create a B1(b), B1(c), B2 & B8 use class building, with ancillary office accommodation at first and ground floor level, associated car parking and service yards. The site is approximately 4.5 acres located on the Airport Gate Business Centre. The building will incorporate several environmental initiatives – including air source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels, delivering a 35% reduction in CO₂ emissions over building regulation requirements and the achievement of a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
