Wandle Road

Wandle Road is a 25-storey mixed-use scheme that will deliver 128 homes above flexible office, retail and leisure space in Croydon town centre. The residential-led regeneration development of one to three-bedroom homes, 50% of which will be either affordable rent or shared ownership, will be built on the site of the council-owned Wandle Road car park next to the flyover.
