• Termodeck teaching wings
• Ground source heat pump system feed from trenches under sports pitches
• LPHW underfloor heating within street block
• Gas pipework to science labs
• Domestic services (hot and cold), hot water provided by direct gas-fired hot water generators, trace heated single pipe system
• DX cooling serving, high heat gain areas
• Extract ventilation to toilets & kitchens
• Above-ground drainage, with chemical-resistant plastic used within science labs
