Grace Academy, Coventry

A new build project to replace the existing academy facility in Coventry. Early modelling by the M&E Contractor resolved BB101 compliance issues, and CBC were commissioned to develop key aspects of the Mechanical services, and provide CAD support to the Electrical services designed in-house by the M&E Contractor.

M&e Services: 

The following services were provided:

• Design of LTHW heating system.
• Boiler sizing and pump selection.
• Domestic Services (hot and cold), hot water provided by direct gas-fired hot water generators. Hot water pipework trace heated single pipe system.
• Cold water services pipe sizing and design.
• Gas main distribution sizing.
• Mechanical CAD Support.
• Electrical CAD Support.
