Mersey Reach – Liverpool

MerseyReach is a new prime urban logistics development to serve North Liverpool and the wider Merseyside area. The development has a mixture of anchor tenants, and plot adjacent to these units have been sold to Euro Garages for a Starbucks drive thru, and petrol filling station.  Cudd Bentley Consulting are responsible for the overall utility strategy and, MEP design for the warehouse, office areas, and external service yards.
