The proposal is for a building of 23 storeys to provide student housing with some 424 study studio rooms, supporting student amenity space and facilities, cycle parking, servicing arrangements and public realm improvements along the frontage of The Green and Merrick Road.

100% of the buildings heating and domestic hot water is generated by high efficiency Air Source Heat pumps utilising low Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerant.  Filtered clean fresh air is provided to all student rooms and amenity spaces are by air handling plant incorporating heat recovery which is a minimum of 80% efficient.  The total Carbon Offset for the development is 710 tonnes CO2.
