HQM From BRE
The Homes Quality Mark (HQM) has been introduced by the BRE as a method to assess quality and sustainability of new build residential developments. Data is taken from assessments of the following HQM sections:

- Handover and close out

- Movement and connectivity
My Home:
- Homes Comfort
- Predicted use of energy
HQM assessments are undertaken by our own BRE Accredited Assessors and will work with the client’s design team, as well as with our engineers, to achieve the best possible rating for a project. They also provide advice on cost-effective alternative solutions to fulfil the requirements of local planning documentation.
