The Code for Sustainable Homes is an assessment used to determine the standard of sustainability for new build residential developments. Should assessment be required, it will be carried out by our CfSH Assessors to ensure that a development achieves the Code level required by the local planning authority or the client.

Assessors work with the Design Team and the Contractor to provide key design advice and support, from the initial concept design stage to the practical completion of a project. The team produces pre-assessments as well as design stage and post construction stage assessments necessary to secure the final Code Level certification.
