Energy Feasibility Reports

Our sustainability team uses supported SBEM/SAP software to calculate the resultant carbon and energy emissions. These programs are used to analyse and determine the most appropriate and efficient design solutions to achieve compliance with Building Regulations and achieve carbon reductions required by National and Local Policies.

The following steps are taken to produce an efficient design solution:

1. 1. Utilise passive design techniques.
   2. Analyse the potential for the supply of clean energy.
   3. The feasibility of the incorporation of low or zero-carbon technologies to reduce carbon emissions even further.
