Net Zero Carbon Reports from Cudd Bentley
Net Zero Carbon Reports produce pathways to demonstrate how the building can become Net Zero when in the construction and operational stage. This process includes detailed SBEM modelling and a TM54 analysis to ensure enough renewable energy is used on site to offset all operational energy.
We also use embodied carbon calculations via a One Click LCA tool to estimate the carbon emissions in the construction/operation stage. From this we can create an offsetting strategy in line with UKGBC framework.
