A new city centre shopping centre development, 570,000ft2 of Retail accommodation. The Centre comprises 2 No anchor stores M&S and Debenhams together with 8No MSU’s and 51 No SU’s. A Food Court is integral with the development and a variety of Kiosks are provided in the Malls. Store servicing is via a underground Basement and customer car parking is provided on five levels above the central core shopping area. The Practise was engaged to provide Employers requirements and monitor/vet Contractors detailed design and installation.
