The Dorchester Spa, London

The refurbishment and expansion of the existing spa facility. The works undertaken included the delivery of treatment rooms, manicure and pedicure suite, elegant deep relaxation room, fitness area, barber shop, patisserie and ancillary areas.

• New 4 pipe fan coil units throughout.
• Modification and integration into the existing LPHW, Hot Water and Chilled water systems.
• Above ground drainage.
• New sprinklers installation.
• Refurbishment of two existing AHUs.

• Installation of Shower, WC, Kitchen and Steam room extract systems
