New Build 1,600,000ft² Major Urban Shopping Centre – 5 No Anchor Stores, 265 No retail Units, 14 Screen   Cinema, Food Court, Underground Car Park 4500 spaces & 20,000ft² Offices. The practice was appointed to   produce Employers Requirements and monitor contractor works.

M&E Services: 

The following services were provided:

• Infrastructure for retail and leisure.
• Engineering fire and life safety systems – sprinklers, wet risers, Hose reels and mechanical smoke extract systems.
• Car park and service area ventilation / smoke clearance.
• Rainwater and above ground drainage.
• Fit-out management suites, public toilets and car park reception lounges.
• Ventilation with heating and comfort cooling to Malls & Wintergarden.
• Service connections to retail tenants – general & toilet extract ventilation, condenser water circuit & domestic water services.
• Service connection to catering tenants – services as retail tenants, in addition – kitchen supply & extract systems & gas supply.
• Provision of both REC and Landlords sub-stations served from multi HV infrastructure.
• Incoming services for Retail, Leisure and Landlord.
• Fire Alarms, PAVA, CCTV, Full ITS throughout.
• Car Park Lighting.
• Vehicle management system.
• Mall lighting, emergency lighting.
• Lightning protection.
