Strip out and refurbish to high Cat A specification of 5 floors, lower ground to 3rd floor. Services are formatted to provide multi let facility. Restricted floor to underside slab height required careful consideration to provide a flexible services solution. The existing building fabric was improved to current L2 standards. Works consisted of improved insulation and new glazing.
