Total refurbishment of an existing Grade II listed Hotel dating back to the late 1870s when it opened. Major extension and interior renovation work were undertaken between 1890 and 1895, including the construction of the main Ballroom – The Grosvenor Suite.

The accommodation includes 180 en-suite bedrooms of differing sizes and classifications; Meeting Rooms; Restaurant and Bars; The Grosvenor Banqueting suite, together with supporting BOH facilities etc.

  • Fire Alarm system
  • CCTV and Security systems.
  • Lightning Protection.
  • Lifts
  • TV and IT installation including Comms rooms.
  • Incoming utility supplies are provided by the Landlord.
