Ravenscourt Park Hospital Planning Submission

Cudd Bentley Consulting are pleased to announce our Mechanical & Electrical & Sustainability involvement on the Ravenscourt Park Hospital site 25,871sqm redevelopment for TT Group (formerly Telereal Trillium): with Residential units (affordable and private) & Community use areas, together with a Care Home, on this Grade 2* listed site. 

Cudd Bentley Consulting’s involvement includes the full range of MEP & Sustainability Low energy solutions, including Ground Source Heat Pump borehole system heating & hot water, PV, Electric vehicle chargers in a new underground car park & Art Deco reproduction low energy LED lighting for external areas of this as Grade 2* listed building heritage.

As well as the GSHP borehole system, the scheme also includes a new Electrical 1.6MVA substation using a tendered ICP / IDNO to UK-PN adoptable standards, together with alternative life safety standby Generation options to minimise any environmental AQ impact for planning.
