Indigo Hotel, Gibraltar

Conversion of & extension to an existing office building in Gibraltar to a modern Hotel Boutique Hotel. The existing building will be stripped back to the concrete frame & extended upwards by four storeys before being re-clad. The hotel will have 120 bedrooms, plus restaurant, bar and ancillary space. On the roof of the hotel, a garden will be created with a bar, water feature & toilet Block.
