A new build 216 bedroom hotel located close to the Aldgate east underground tube station. The hotel which incorporates the IHG brand is arranged over 9 No. floor levels with restaurant, bar and kitchen facilities located at ground floor level, including a street entrance Café facility.  The heating is provided by means of the developments CHP plant with cooling provided by the landlord’s chilled water plant.
