Increase in BREEAM Fees as of 1st April 2023

BRE have confirmed a 15% increase of fees for registration, QA and certification and other related service fees for new construction, refurbishment and In-Use assessments will be in place from 1st April 2023. 

Any projects registered prior to 1st April 2023 will be locked in with current fees set by the BRE since July 2022. Please let Cudd Bentley know by the 24th March if you would like any projects registering before this fee increase. Registration before 1st April 2023 will be £350 + VAT.
