Cudd Bentley nominated for Unlock Net Zero Awards

The 2024 Unlock Net Zero awards will be taking place on the 26th June, Manchester Central.

Cudd Bentley is proud to announce that we have been nominated for two categories. We are recognised for advocating progress on the journey to decarbonisation for the UK housing, built environment, and property sectors.

Our collective efforts have led to our shortlisting for both Innovation of the Year (data & knowledge building) and Advisory Team of the Year. This is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our team.

Innovation of the Year 

To be considered for this award, we have demonstrated a successful innovation and its impacts, which help to move forward net zero, as well as our plans for the future. This was regarding a net zero carbon analysis of a retail park. We analysed and prepared the strategies to achieve the net zero carbon performance. One of the key findings was the green roof, which can be a sustainable solution only if it is properly maintained and will therefore survive its full life span.  

Advisory Team of the Year

This award recognises the top professional advisors who provide guidance on sustainable buildings and developments. Providers turn to this company for top expertise and delivery.
