Tim joined Cudd Bentley in January 2023. He has previously been a Mechanical Building Services Engineer in consultancy companies for the last 16 years, spanning a broad range of sectors. His main focus has been on high end residential projects; however he has experience in multi-residential projects, hotels, offices, restaurants, schools, autism centres, care homes and mosques. The contract value of these projects has varied from £100k to £45million.
