Toca Social – Birmingham

The project is located with the Bull Ring shopping centre in the centre of Birmingham. This project followed on from the O2 Arena and is the 2nd TOCA Social venue in the world. TOCA Social Birmingham has 23 boxes, 2 bars and a full food offer. CBC were engaged at feasibility stage assisting the Client with Landlord negotiations right through to producing Stage 5 construction information.
