St Georges Tower

This project involved a conversion of two floors of old main Postage Distribution Centre in Leicester into ‘open plan’ call centre facilities for a major Insurance Company and includes many break-out areas and meeting rooms together with Training rooms. Full on-site catering facilities are also provided.

All main building services are exposed to view at high level integrated with floating acoustic panelling. Comfort cooling and heating is provided via a high efficiency reverse cycle heat pump system, with heat recovery, and the ‘direct acting’ adjustable supply diffusers were subject to laboratory testing to ensure the air distribution was acceptable across the seasons for heating and cooling.
