Andy joined Cudd Bentley in 2024 to lead the Manchester office. He brings extensive experience from his tenure at several global real estate consultancies, including CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. Andy has been responsible for the design and project management of comprehensive MEP design packages across various sectors such as retail, offices, industrial, and education. His expertise also encompasses detailed dilapidation assessments, technical due diligence surveys, forward maintenance plans, and feasibility studies for large portfolios in the UK and Europe.
