Founded in 1978
Cudd Bentley Consulting was established in 1978. From this date onwards, the specialist team of engineers has been dedicated to providing sustainable, electrical, and mechanical engineering services.
New Ownership in 1988
In 1988, the company became a wholly owned subsidiary of a major PLC group, retaining the senior management on long-service agreements.
Acquired by the senior management in 2005
During 2005, the practice was acquired by members of the senior management team. This acquisition ensures that the high standard of service, on which CBC was founded, is continually maintained.
