Sustainability Consultant

Ayesha joined Cudd Bentley in January 2022 and is the team lead responsible for third-party sustainability certifications including BREEAM, LEED, WELL, CRREM etc. She has earned a PhD in lighting, daylighting and window views with a particular focus on occupant well-being.  Since 2009, she has worked in the construction industry as a licensed architect and sustainability professional.  Her portfolio includes international projects in sustainable design, research and practice in Pakistan, USA and the UK. Her work, including academic and design projects has received numerous international accolades, including Fulbright US Flagship grant, presidential gold medal, along with other academic excellence awards and best publication awards.  Before joining Cudd Bentley, Ayesha served as the principal architect and director at her own architectural design practice and has been invited to lecture on sustainability in universities across the world.
