James joined Cudd Bentley in June 2025 & swaps between working in both the Ascot & London offices. He previously worked as a Sustainability Consultant/BREEAM Assessor for ‘The PES’ based in Brentford, London. James specializes in working on New Construction & Refurbishment & Fit-Out projects. He has experience of working on a variety of building types including Industrial, Retail, Education, Healthcare, Multi-residential & Other (Hotels, Community Centre, Places of worship). James is a member of ISEP, CIBSE & the Energy Institute & aspires to one day become a Chartered Environmentalist.
