K West Hotel, Shepherds Bush

The K West Hotel & Spa is undergoing a £45 million renovation and will reopen in late 2025 as part of the Hotel Indigo brand (IHG Hotels & Resorts). The revamp aims to blend modern lifestyle luxury with the hotel’s iconic legacy. CBC has been involved since 2022 and will see the project through to completion. The transformed hotel will feature 230 guestrooms, a spa with a hydrotherapy pool and thermal cabins, and new dining facilities with an open kitchen.

Sustainability is a core focus: hot water will be supplied by air source heat pumps, and a refrigerant-based system will provide simultaneous heating and cooling by redistributing energy. A large rooftop solar PV array will also help power the hotel’s daily energy needs.
