The Savoy

The Savoy Hotel underwent a major refurbishment 10 years ago, the owners have now instructed a complete refurbishment of the bedrooms and ancillary areas. The practice has also been commissioned to review possible geothermal opportunities, BMS renewal and the thermal modelling of the entire building.
