A new leisure destination adjacent to the town centre shopping centre and international railway station in Ashford. The complex comprises of two independent buildings linked via a redeveloped public health area and served by a new surface car park. The west building incorporates, 7 No. A3 retail units at ground floor level with a 6-screen multiplex cinema and a commercial unit located at first-floor level.

The East Block comprises 2 No. A3 units at ground floor level with a 59 Bed Travelodge located above the units in a 3-storey arrangement. The cinema and A3 units are provided on a shell and core basis, complete with services infrastructure and the Travelodge hotel on a fully fitted out basis.
