SAP is the Standard Assessment Procedure for residential developments and determines the energy and carbon emission rates of development. Our Accredited SAP Assessors undertake assessments using approved SAP software to input data on heating and lighting installations and U-values for the components of the external envelope.

This practice undertakes the production of Part L Compliance Reports for clients to determine whether a building complies with Part L Building Regulations. The reports include recommendations for additional measures, if appropriate, to secure compliance.
