Display Energy Certificates are required for all public buildings. These certificates cover the building’s Assess Rating and Operational Rating.

The certificates have a Scale A to G, with A being the most energy efficient and G the least energy efficient. Our Accredited Energy Assessors can provide Display Energy Certificates and produce an advisory report detailing methods for improving the energy and CO2 emissions of a building.

An EPC highlights the building’s Energy Performance Asset Rating as well as the level of CO2 emissions. Our Accredited Energy Assessors can produce EPCs for all domestic installations and for levels 3, 4 and 5 in commercial properties.

All EPCs produced by the practice have an associated Recommendations Report which itemises measures that can be taken to improve the current rating of a building.
