The Practice has been appointed to undertake a variety of refurbishment and plant replacement projects on a phased basis which includes the following:

• Replacement of Boiler & HWS generating plant.
• Electrical mains upgrade.
• Lightning protection.
• Replacement of existing hot and cold water distribution mains serving bedrooms.
• Installation of displacement ventilation to the refurbished Palm Court room.

M&E Services: 

The concept design of the services installation required careful integration within a listed building whilst the   Hotel continued to operate.

The following services were provided:

• Displacement ventilation system within the Palm Court room.
• Replacement boilers and HWS generating plant within basement area
• Lightning protection system.
• Electrical mains upgrade
