Major expansion to the existing site providing additional new classrooms, SEN rooms, staff facilities, administration area, school hall, kitchen and complete replacement of the central boiler plant.

M&E Services: 

CBC was appointed to conduct a feasibility study, support the planning application, prepare the energy strategy, carry out full design duties and monitor the on-site works and commissioning process up to completion and handover. The project was phased over a two-year period allowing the school to remain open throughout the development.
