Epsom Station Redevlopment

Design of this mixed use scheme which incorporates a new main line station ticket office for Epsom. The scheme incorporates 120 residential units complying to Code for Sustainable Homes – Code Level 3, a 60 bed Hotel as well as retail units at ground Level.

Completion expected 2012

Bromley By Bow Development

Mixed use inner urban development located in East London and within close proximity to the Stratford venues.  The scheme consists of a 80,000ft² Tesco store with basement parking, 400 residential units, hotel, small retail units and a primary school. The existing store will be retained during the construction of the new development.

Q3 Academy

A new build project to replace the current Dartmouth High School in Walsall. Allowing the school to offer a more wider varied curriculum and to enhance the pupils learning experience. The project forms part of the national building schools for the future program.

Norman Park - Belvedere, Kent

The development comprises commercial buildings, 160 bed hotel, fast food outlet, petrol filling station, health club, restaurant, supermarket and 400 residential units. The development has been split into residential/commercial buildings with Bellway Homes undertaking the residential element with DMI dealing with the commercial buildings.

The Retail Quarter - Hereford

350,000ft² Retail Space, 60,000ft² Leisure, 343 Residential Units (94 No affordable), multi-storey car park, 1250 spaces.
