Skyways 2 is a new build 3 storey office block connected to a warehouse and testing facility.  The Building is fully compliant with the requirements of Part L2 of the Building Regulations 2000. The total office accommodation equates to 36,000ft² fitted out to a Category B Standard over two phases.
