M&E Services:

Planning restrictions severely restricted the available storey height for the building.  This was resolved by the provision of an underfloor VAV comfort cooling system, with central plant located in the basement. The service installation was designed to Category ‘A’ standard and included the following:

Lighting & Emergency Lighting.
