CBC have vast experience in the commercial sector and are pleased to have been associated with major household name Clients who have appointed us to undertake the M&E designs on their prestigious, new office buildings.

We secured a National & Regional Winners Award in 2006 for the conversion of a 1940’s aircraft hanger into corporate headquarters office.

We have led the use of underfloor VAV systems within the UK during the last 5 years, which offers state of the art performance in both energy usage & flexibility.

New Build Projects

	Maidstone Borough Council - Maidstone Refurbishment of an existing 80,000ft2 office block for speculative use. A new build retail unit of 35,000ft2 incorporated into the existing shopping centre with a new 15,000ft2 office above. 	Jahn Court - Kings Cross, London A 66,000ft2 5 storey new build office block  with basement storage constructed as part of a redevelopment of an existing site retaining existing Georgian & Victorian architecture. view more
	Nortel Networks - Southgate Formation of a new European Help Desk Call Centre, modifications to the Processor Facility and a new build 60,000ft˛ customised multi level office block. view more
	Skyways 2 - Speke, Liverpool Skyways 2 is a new build 3 storey office block connected to a warehouse and testing facility. view more

	Clareville House - West End, London A 72,000 ft2 6 storey office block redevelopment with basement and sub basement, to a Category 2 listed building located adjacent to Leicester Square. view more
