	Chancery Court Hotel - Holborn, London Conversion of 1912 Portland Stone listed building used by Pearl Assurance to 360 bed 6-star Hotel. (view more)
	Covent Garden Hotel, Covent Garden, London Complete refurbishment and redevelopment of the Old French Hospital into 65 bed 5-star Boutique Hotel. A Basement 'pre-view theatre' was included in the development. Owing to the age of the building, mind 19th Century, the building was gutted leaving external shell only. (view more)
	Hilton Waldorf Hotel - Aldwych, London Replacement of Boilers & HWS Generating Plant. Displacement ventilation to Palm Court Room. Electrical mains up-grade. Provision of Lightning Protection to building. The concept design of the services installation required careful integration within a listed building whilst the Hotel continued to operate. (view more)
