THE DORCHESTER - LONDON

  The refurbishment and expansion of the existing spa facility. The works undertaken included nine tranquil treatment rooms, manicure and pedicure suite, elegant deep relaxation room, fitness area, barber shop, patisserie and ancillary areas.


HILTON READING - READING

New build Hotel situated Junction 11 M4. This new build hotel over three levels is part of a sustainable, mixed use scheme called Reading Southside.

The Hotel has 198 guest rooms and conference rooms as well as a ballroom and a ‘Living Well’ health club and swimming pool.


HILTON TOWER BRIDGE - LONDON

New build Hotel situated in the heart of London. Cudd Bentley's role on this project was to analyse and vet the Design & Delivery of the M&E Services on behalf of Hilton UK Hotels Ltd.

We are a framework consultant to Hilton UK Hotel’s and are familiar with the design standards, guidelines and systems necessary to satisfy the employers requirement for this development.


CHANCERY COURT - HOLBORN

Conversion of 1912 Portland Stone listed building used by Pearl Assurance to 360 bed, 5 star Hotel.

This concept design of the services installation required careful integration within the architectural features in the listed entrance hall, main staircase and banking hall areas.


HILTON WALDORF - THE STRAND, LONDON

The concept design of the services installation required careful integration within a listed building whilst the Hotel continued to operate. Replacement of boilers and HWS generating plant, displacement ventilation to Palm Court Room, electrical mains upgrade and provision of lightning protection to building.

In 2009 the replacement of the existing Hot & Cold Water distribution mains serving the bedroom accommodation was undertaken. The works were planned on a phased basis to minimise the impact on the operation of the hotel.


HILTON LONDON - PARK LANE, LONDON

Implementation of Asset Renewal Programme between 1993 and 2002 (CAPEX Budget Plan) Bedroom Refurbishment programme.

The project works was implemented whilst the Hotel functioned and operated successfully.


HILTON BIRMINGHAM METROPOLE - BIRMINGHAM

Replacement of existing ‘individual AC’ units with 4-pipe FCU system to main bedroom blocks (530 bed), provision of Cool-Fire Installation, major lift renewal works, sub-mains renewal to bedrooms and provision of new chillers.

The Hotel remained open and fully operational during the project works.
